2021 AltaStaff W2s were mailed starting 1/19/2022 to 1/31/2021. Some employees have already confirmed receiving it in the mail. a. If you were a 2021 AltaStaff Employee and you need a copy of your 1095-C, Health Coverage form, please Contact AltaStaff via email and HR will email you a password-protected 1095-C file. What's a 1095C form? Form 1095-C includes information about the health insurance coverage offered to you by your employer Make sure to ask for a 1095-C too if you're requesting an old W2 and you need it.
