HR Poster: E-Verify and Right to work

This Organization Participates in E-Verify

Note: AltaStaff only uses E-Verify once you have accepted a job offer, and completed the

Form I-9.

This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your

Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.

If E-Verify cannot confirm that you are authorized to work, this employer is required

to give you written instructions and an opportunity to contact Department of

Homeland Security (DHS) or Social Security Administration (SSA) so you can begin to

resolve the issue before the employer can take any action against you, including

terminating your employment.

Employers can only use E-Verify once you have accepted a job offer and completed the

Form I-9.

E-Verify Works for Everyone

Note: Equal Employment Opportunity

At AltaStaff, we seek both in policy and practice to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to age, race, color, creed, religion, sex, marital status, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other protected status, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. This policy governs all areas of employment at AltaStaff, including recruiting, hiring, training, assignments, promotions, compensation, benefits, discipline, and termination. In addition, AltaStaff does not discriminate against any temporary employee or applicant in work assignments, does not invite or honor discriminatory job orders or requests by clients, and does not “code” applications or other documents to record the protected status of any applicant or employee.

Any employee or client who violates this policy will be subject to discipline, up to and including, the possibility of termination or suspension of the relationship.
