About the New York Programs

New York is dedicated to providing a conflict-free, comprehensive needs assessments for New York residents receiving Medicaid/public health services.  These assessments gives comprehensive information to ensure the person-centered planning for an individual's care.  The CAS assessments for the OPWDD population and the UAS assessments for Medicaid members allows these programs to provide "the right amount of support, in the right way, to each person".

We are currently recruiting for:

​

Social Workers to complete in-field OPWDD CAS/CANS Assessments for New York State residents.

​

Registered Nurses/Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants to complete in-field UAS Assessments for New York State residents.

​
